Orders are received, geo-clustered, and dispatched to the nearest qualified inspector within our platform. Rural assignments are automatically flagged for 4x4-equipped inspectors. Time-window logic ensures assignments reach the field with adequate completion time before due dates.

Every occupancy attempt is GPS-timestamped at the property address. Inspectors document each attempt, record observable occupancy indicators, and conduct neighbor canvass when required by order type.
